Community Resources

Dear Families,

Students that have special learning needs, whether formally diagnosed or not, benefit from extra support at home and school. That said, it can be difficult to know exactly what to do. What do you ask for, who do you ask, and how do you make sure your child’s accommodations are being followed? You probably have good relationships with your child’s teachers, but maybe you're wondering if the advice and answers you’ve been given are accurate and the best advice for your particular situation.

There’s a lot of great information on the internet, but the sheer amount of resources available to us can be overwhelming. Because of this, we’ve compiled a list of local and national resources, that are reputable and trustworthy, to help you find the answers you need. If you look through these resources and are still unsure or have questions feel free to contact Kelly Steinke at READ Learning Educational Services, LLC using PM or a contact us form (links below).
